Jolene Kranz, CPA/ABV, CVA
Jolene is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation and a Certified Valuation Analyst. She has nearly two decades of public accounting experience, with an emphasis in tax planning and preparation, business valuation, and financial reporting, in addition to assisting companies of varying size and business owners with the complete package of accounting needs, including tax-related business planning, year-end tax liability minimization, succession planning, and large transaction planning.
Throughout the years Jolene has worked with owners in many industries, including banking, construction, manufacturing, restaurants, nonprofits, retail, and service industries. She especially loves helping small businesses; her typical client has 20 or fewer employees.
Jolene has been involved with many nonprofit organizations throughout Sioux Falls and currently volunteers on the board of directors for Harmony South Dakota. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, photography, hunting, and golf.
Michelle Aanenson, Accountant
Michelle started with Pearl Accounting in the fall of 2022. She specializes in payroll and bookkeeping. Throughout her career Michelle has gained experience in a variety of industries which helps her understand the needs of our diverse clients. When not working, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her son.
Carrie Brown, Tax Supervisor
Carrie is a Certified Public Accountant with nearly 10 years of public accounting experience, with an emphasis on tax planning and preparation. Additional experience includes audits of local governments and non-profits, financial reporting, payroll and bookkeeping.
Throughout the years Carrie has worked in many industries, including banking, construction, manufacturing, restaurants, nonprofits, retail, and service industries. She especially loves helping small businesses succeed.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her pets.
